1. About Dice Room

Dice Room (www.diceroom.gg) is a free, browser-based tool for rolling dice collaboratively in real time. It is operated by Vixac Ltd. By using this service, you agree to these terms.

2. Beta service

Dice Room is currently in beta. The service is provided for testing and early use. While we do our best to keep things running smoothly, you should be aware that:

Features may change or be removed without notice.
The service may be interrupted, taken offline, or reset during development.
Rooms and roll history are not guaranteed to persist indefinitely. We may implement room expiry or data cleanup at any point as the service evolves. Do not rely on Dice Room as a permanent record of your rolls.

3. Acceptable use

You may use Dice Room for any lawful purpose. You must not:

Use the service to store or transmit unlawful, abusive, or harmful content in roll descriptions or room names.
Attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the service or its infrastructure.
Attempt to access rooms you have not been invited to, or reverse-engineer any part of the service.

We reserve the right to delete any room or content that violates these terms.

4. No warranty

Dice Room is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantees about uptime, accuracy of dice results, or the long-term availability of the service.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vixac Ltd shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, Dice Room — including loss of data, loss of roll history, or service interruption.

6. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service develops. Continued use of Dice Room after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The date at the top of this page will reflect the latest revision.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
